Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Update the base from
php:8.2.7-fpm-alpine3.18to the requestedphp:8.2.35-fpm-alpine3.24. This change is separate from the already merged Forgejo workflow migration.Compatibility fixes remove the obsolete GNU iconv preload and Alpine edge repositories, install Alpine-packaged Certbot instead of system pip, retain the base OPcache configuration and update the existing disable switch, and remove the Composer 1-only Prestissimo startup installation. Fix the missing closing quote on the maintainer label inherited from main. Existing optional PHP extensions remain installed.
Add an ARM64 base-image check before compilation so Docker cannot silently select a 32-bit ARM variant.
Validation: shell syntax, workflow YAML, tag-generation checks, and diff checks passed. Alpine 3.24 on ARM64 successfully installed and ran Certbot 5.6.0. Full ARM64 image build and application verification are deferred by request until upstream publishes ARM64 for the selected tag; the latest manifest check found only AMD64 and ARM/v6. No release tag or image was published.
Potential next cleanup: Certbot and TLS helpers are unnecessary for the provided Istio-terminated deployment. Other extension requirements need application-level confirmation.
